Carly Gonzalez and Kristine Darroch met eight years ago through their local MOMS Club. As moms of young children, they wanted to get their kids involved in volunteer activities in and around the local community but they found that many organizations had age restrictions or very few opportunities for children to participate. They knew kids were capable and eager to contribute, so they established a Give Back Club for their moms group in which they hosted volunteer activities for preschool and elementary school children. After running the Give Back Club with great success for two years, they were inspired to bring their services to the wider community with Little Villagers.
